Some of my works portray an intimacy and tension of an instantly formed relationship between the viewer and depicted figures in a captured moment. In others, I use colour and composition to represent the ambient atmosphere and emotion required in given scenarios. Often the final composition is very different from my initial concept, as my impression suffers many changes throughout the journey to completion. Drawing and painting have been part of my life as far back as I can remember. My first exhibited work was hung in the Lewisham Town Hall at the age of nine while at junior school in London. After moving to Birchington, I attended Thanet School of Art in Margate. I graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a BA Honours degree in Fine Art - Painting, just a few years ago. I have been lucky enough over the years to have exhibitions in Europe, London and Kent. My paintings have found homes in different parts of the world including USA, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Slavakia, Scotland and the United Kingdom.
